1. Description

 

This convenient stand-up spice bag features a convenient stand-up design that stands securely on the kitchen countertop without the need for an additional container, freeing up storage space in your customers' kitchen. The bag is made of a three-layer composite film: a durable outer layer of PET film, a middle layer of high-barrier aluminum foil, and an inner layer of food-grade PE. This triple layer of protection effectively blocks oxygen, moisture, and light, extending the shelf life of spices by 12-18 months.

 

2. Specifications

 

The printing layer utilizes an 8-color, high-definition gravure printing process, achieving a resolution of 300dpi and a color reproduction of ≥95%. Food-grade, environmentally friendly inks are used and SGS safety certified. The bag is 40μm thick, with a scratch-resistant and abrasion-resistant outer layer of PET and an inner PE film for a tight seal. The printed graphics have survived 100 rub cycles without peeling, ensuring both practicality and displayability.

3. Printing Technology

 

Leveraging the company's advanced gravure printing technology, the spice bags achieve high-precision image reproduction and rich color expression. Multi-color overprinting is supported (up to 10 colors), and special finishes such as gradient colors, hot stamping, and UV spot varnishing can be customized to meet brand needs. For example, a tactile film treatment can be applied to key areas of the bag to enhance the consumer's tactile experience. In addition, the bag features ample space for printing product information, including ingredients, expiration date, and directions. The clear, scratch-resistant printing meets food packaging compliance requirements.

4.FAQ

 

Q: Are there special packaging designs for spices bag that tend to clump, such as curry powder?

A: For spices prone to moisture absorption and clumping, two additional features can be added: ①A one-way degassing valve prevents air from entering the bag and forming condensation after opening;  ②A rounded bottom corner design reduces dead space inside the bag and facilitates pouring out the powder. These two special features must be noted when placing an order, and will increase production time by 3-5 days.
