The minimum order quantity (MOQ) refers to the minimum order quantity for individual bags (or rolls), while the minimum order value sets the minimum order value.
Finished Bags
Finished bags are printed, laminated, and ready for filling by customers or their contract manufacturers.
We don't have a minimum order value for finished bags, but we do have a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces. This helps brands manage costs effectively during their initial stages. Please note that the specific minimum order quantity for finished bags varies depending on their size, material, and features (e.g., zippers, valves, etc.).

Roll-wrap bags
Roll-wrap bags are pre-printed and laminated rolls that can be shipped directly to customers or contract manufacturers for subsequent bag making and filling. The minimum order value for roll-wrap bags is relatively low, with a minimum order value of $500 for Lepu roll-wrap bags. The specific minimum order quantity for rolls depends on the size of the final bag and the material selected.
Flat-bottom bags require approximately twice the amount of film used for standard bags: typically one roll is used for the front, gussets, and back, and another roll is used for the sides. They also have eight heat-sealed edges. Due to the more complex structure and increased production steps, flat-bottom bags are relatively expensive. Due to this, we have relaxed the minimum order quantity requirement for flat-bottom bags, but still recommend a starting order of 500 pieces. This is because the price per unit is not significantly different from an order of 500 pieces at lower quantities.
Minimum Order Quantity per SKU
One of the significant advantages of choosing Lepu as your flexible packaging supplier is the ability to consolidate products from different SKUs into a single batch order. These SKUs can range from different flavors of the same product to packaging requirements for different brands with the same size, material, and functional configuration.
