What Is PBS Material?
PBS, short for Polybutylene Succinate, is an aliphatic biodegradable polyester polymerized by succinic acid and 1,4-butanediol. It can be produced with partial or full bio-based raw materials, widely recognized as a safe green packaging resin meeting global food contact standards.
Unlike rigid, brittle PLA, PBS balances softness, tensile strength and thermal stability perfectly.
