① Material Composition
We adopt full single-material PE composite formula with MDOPE (machine direction oriented PE) and BOPE (biaxially oriented PE) , realizing 100% pure PE recyclability without mixed PET/AL impurities.With molecular orientation reinforcement technology, the film matches mainstream HDPE (#2) recycling sorting systems, easy for industrial reprocessing and granulation.
Verified physical parameters (tested under 23℃ standard ambient temperature):Density: 0.91–0.93 g/cm³Custom Thickness: 18μm to 38μm (production tolerance ±1μm)Temperature resistance: Stable for long-term use at -40℃ to 95℃; short-term heat sealing peak up to 105℃ (comply with food packaging high-temperature filling standards)
② Structural Design
Adopt full PE multi-layer co-extruded integrated structure, no aluminum foil or heterogeneous composite layers, to guarantee recyclability while basic fresh-keeping performance is retained.Oxygen barrier performance: Tested at 23℃ & 50% RH, OTR ≤ 80 cc/m²/day (meet daily dry food sealing requirements; high-barrier upgrade available for customized orders)
Custom specification support:Size range: 5×8 inch to 24×36 inch, cutting tolerance controlled within ±1mmSealing solution: Hot seal at 110–135℃ for automatic packaging lines; optional integrated PE zipper.Standard tear strength: Longitudinal ≥8N/15mm, transverse ≥6N/15mm (stable for daily opening and logistics extrusion)
③ Performance Advantages
Mechanical strength (third-party lab tested):MD tensile strength ≥140 MPa, TD tensile strength ≥120 MPa; puncture resistance is 2–3 times higher than ordinary blown PE film, suitable for logistics extrusion and heavy-load packaging.
Optical performance for transparent display:Haze ≤12%, light transmittance ≥88%; reach high transparency level for visible product display, fit for snack, grain and daily packaging.
Printing & processing compatibility:Supports flexo and gravure printing with standard 350–400 DPI (industrial mainstream resolution); lightweight PE metallization is optional, which will not damage the full PE recyclability.
All sustainable packaging materials pass GRS global recycled standard certification with traceable audit reports.
