A Kraft Look with Room for Different Product Lines
This Biodegradable Kraft Pouch is designed for food brands that want a natural shelf appearance while adopting a compostable material route. Its Kraft Paper/PLA/PBAT laminate combines a kraft paper outer layer with a PLA/PBAT inner structure, making it suitable for custom packaging of coffee, tea, nuts, and dry goods. As an OEM/ODM factory supplier, LepuPouch can coordinate the pouch style, artwork, surface finish, and accessories for private-label and wholesale packaging programs. Before production, compostability credentials and food-contact safety documentation should be checked against the complete pouch structure and the target market.

What the Kraft Format Changes for Buyers
- Stronger Shelf Recognition:
The kraft paper surface gives coffee, tea, nuts, and dry goods a tactile, natural feel that stands apart from clear or fully metallic films, helping products catch shoppers' attention on the shelf. - One Order for Multiple Pack Sizes:
With capacities ranging from 50g to 1kg, brands can customize multiple SKUs in one production program when the order volume supports it. This makes it easier to create trial packs, gift packs, and regular retail packs within the same product line. - Flexible Accessory Options:
A one-way valve can be added to release gases from coffee, while a zipper supports repeated opening and closing. A transparent window allows the product to be viewed, and a tear notch or drawstring provides a different opening experience. - A Greener Packaging Direction:
The Kraft Paper/PLA/PBAT structure gives brands a paper-based outer layer and a compostable material route, aligning with efforts to reduce plastic packaging.
Where the Pouch Fits into Daily Operations
Products Designed for Multiple Uses: The zipper allows consumers to reseal the package after opening, making it practical for coffee, tea, nuts, dried foods, and other products that may not be consumed in one sitting.
Preparing Private-Label Designs: LepuPouch provides OEM/ODM services, allowing buyers to coordinate the kraft paper surface, printed artwork, window, and accessory placement before production. This helps reduce differences between the approved design and the finished package.
Handling During Storage and Display: Stand-up and flat bottom pouches help keep products upright on the shelf, while back seal and four-side seal pouches can be equipped with suitable hang holes for display.
