Production details
I handle this stand-up pouch every day-it's made of MOPP/VMPET/PE. The matte surface gives it a nice, premium feel, not cheap at all. The VMPET layer works great to block oxygen, moisture and light, so products stay fresh longer. The inner PE seals tightly, and when we use it for pancake mix, it's anti-static too.
Surface printing matters a lot for shelf appeal. We often use hot stamping, embossing or UV printing-hot stamping adds metallic shine, embossing makes patterns 3D, and this one uses soft touch printing, which feels really smooth when you touch it.
