The stand up zipper bag is a functional and aesthetically pleasing packaging bag made from a multi-layer, high-barrier composite material: PET/AL/PE or MOPP/AL/PE. The aluminum foil layer provides 100% light and UV protection, making it suitable for light-sensitive products such as coffee and tea. Nylon (PA) is also available as the inner layer for enhanced puncture resistance, preventing sharp objects such as nut shells from piercing the bag. A special crease design at the bottom ensures self-supporting support, while the top features a reclosable zipper closure.

The accordion creases at the bottom ensure stability when filled, saving shelf space and enhancing display. This fruit and food packaging bag prevents tipping due to the weight of the contents by increasing the bottom support area. The zipper features a "double-bone interlocking" or "convex-groove interlocking" structure, which, combined with the top heat seal layer, creates a double seal. The oxygen transmission rate (OTR) is as low as 0.1cc/m²/24h, effectively blocking air, moisture, and odors. For example, this design can extend the shelf life of prepared food packaging bags to six months at room temperature. The zipper tooth density can be customized. Standard resin zippers are suitable for daily use (opening and closing more than 50 times), while double-bone zippers offer a lifespan of up to 200 times, meeting the needs of frequent use scenarios.

Total Height (Bag Base → Zipper Top):
Typical range: 15-28cm (e.g., 15cm for a 50g lightweight bag, 25cm for a 200g sharing bag). The zipper area accounts for approximately 1/5 of the bag's height, ensuring a balanced opening width and tightness.
Bag Width (Wideest Front Width):
Typical range: 9-16cm (Narrow width enhances sophistication, while wide width enhances visual impact on display. The bag shown is approximately 12cm wide, suitable for mainstream retail formats).
Bottom Support Width (the "base" that expands when standing):
Typical range: 5-10cm (A wider base provides greater stability. The bag shown is approximately 6cm wide and can stably support 150-200g of contents).

Handle Hole Design:
Dual circular holes (approximately 1.2cm in diameter) on the top and auxiliary reinforcement holes on both sides, spaced approximately 4cm apart, are designed for a two-finger grip. The handle area is 1-2cm narrower than the stand up zipper bag body to prevent deformation during handling.
