Product feature and application
This series adopts flat-bottom pouch structure with side gusset design. The enlarged side space can increase the internal loading capacity reasonably, while the integrated flat bottom ensures the pouch can stand stably on shelves, display counters and storage areas, which is convenient for daily placement and commodity display.
Product details
We adopt a structured three-layer composite formula: outer matte MOPP film, middle VMPET light-blocking layer, and food-grade inner PE sealing film. The outer MOPP matte finish features anti-fingerprint surface treatment, uniform foggy texture, and stable color rendering for shelf display. The middle VMPET layer can block direct sunlight and ultraviolet radiation, preventing tea oxidation and preserving original aroma. The inner PE material complies with food contact standards, enabling direct packaging of tea leaves and ensuring tight heat sealing.
The transparent bottom design allows real visual inspection of tea leaf shape and purity without opening the package.
Equipped with laser pre-scored tear notches for tool-free opening, plus resealable zipper to lock moisture after repeated opening. It keeps tea dry and isolated from peculiar smells during daily storage.
