Stand-up pouches have become one of the standard methods for packaging and storing roasted coffee. Compared to flat-bottom pouches, stand-up pouches offer several advantages.
These pouches are made from multi-layer durable composite materials, with an outer layer of high-strength, abrasion-resistant PET material that allows for clear printing. The middle layer is made of AL material, which provides excellent light-blocking, oxygen-barrier, and moisture-resistant properties. The inner layer is made of PE material, which is safe for direct food contact.
Our coffee stand up pouch are equipped with reusable plastic zippers to seal out oxygen and keep coffee fresh. Our packaging can include a one-way degassing valve. This valve lets carbon dioxide escape during the degassing of freshly roasted coffee.
Finally, the top can be heat-sealed, making it suitable for long-term storage, sharing/gifting, or meeting retail packaging requirements.
